What can i say, they took such good care of my mom and myself while we were looking for an affordable headstone for my dad who passed away 5 months ago.

Amazing, professional service from Marc at Europa Memorial from start to finish!! I contacted Europa when checking around to order a Pillow Monument for my husband. Marc delivered prompt, efficient service from start to finish. Communication was clear; I was kept me up-to-date with the process all the way with texts, phone calls and emails.

The price was reasonable and I was not subjected to up-selling like some other companies do. I had waited a while to get my the memorial done as I did not have such a good experience with another company when he had just passed away. I am thankful I waited, as I received such a great product; the engraving and design is a great tribute to my husband's memory.

I contacted several other companies when I wanted an old family gravesite refurbished. Some claimed access was not possible or they would not remove the existing material suggesting I find a local company for that part of the job. That is easier said than done since the site is a rural cemetery. Quite frankly, no one seemed very helpful and I put the project to rest for two years.
Last month, I contacted Marc, explained what I wanted. The very next day he sent me a clear protocol of what was possible (basically anything). I was so impressed by the variety of the monuments and stone and the finished work at the office site. I’m looking forward to seeing the new monument in place this fall

If I could give them a higher rating, I would! Marc was so helpful, honest and caring when choosing my Dad’s headstone. It’s such an emotional time when having to choose one. My mom had in her mind what she wanted as a headstone and Marc took the time to help us every step of the way and customized it just like my mom wanted.
